Children's Community Mental Health Services
Children's Community Mental Health Services (CMHS) at The Child and Family Institute incorporates two New York
State Office of Mental Health-funded programs and one New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene-funded program.
These programs afford clients the flexibility to move in and out of the various Levels of Care depending on
their clinical needs at any given time, providing a seamless continuum of care.

Children's Single Point of Access (CSPOA)
